PATTERN CHINA - DINNER PLATE & SALAD PLATE
What you see is what you get. Two pieces of
Highland
Pattern china, the same pattern that was used on the Wabash Railroad dining cars. This was a stock pattern which may still be employed in some restaurants today. You get a 9" dinner plate and a 6 1/4" salad plate. Neither has any cracks or chips but both show heavy utensil wear. Both manufactured by Jackson China, Falls Creek, PA and the salad plate carries a K-1 date code, which keys to January, 1961. Both for one money. We do not represent that these were actually used on the Wabash, but will fill a hole in your collection until better pieces come along.
