Vintage Laundry Bag Hanging Linen Embroidered Need point Needs repair

The needle work is great on this piece
One part at the top had come apart and someone attempted to sew this, it needs to be redone
One side has come apart and will need to be repaired
I am not a seamstress, but I think both of these are pretty easy.
There is a spot on the back where it has been written on in pen, hard to see but it is there, see photos.
I have not washed this item or ironed or tried to repair
Again, repair and use or make this into a framed piece or a pillow.  Just a beautiful old hand made piece that is done well.
