vintage German celluloid dolls matching boy & girl, sleepy eyes

I am not a doll expert by no means and spent far too long
researching these two just to list them,
THERE IS NO MAKERS MARK THAT I CAN FIND,
that being said...
They appear to be
German Handmade Celluloid Matching Boy & Girl Dolls w/ sleepy eyes
they are 7 1/2 in tall
in red & black, trimmed in blue & white
knit clothes that are attached to their bodies.
the girls hat is attached but the boys is no longer
the boys hair is painted on, the girls is a faded red mohair
(red is fairly uncommon im older dolls as it was seen to be unlucky)
Both have bright blue sleepy eyes,
rubber band joints at the neck, arms, & legs
all attached and working
one foot stand also included,
not sure what happened to the other, if located will include
