  • Condition: This box has some marks and wear here and there, but is still solid and functional. The latches are tight, but the rubber seal in the top cover channel has not been tested to be waterproof. I did not want to clean this one up at all for fear of damaging the markings and or labels, but it is still pretty clean, especially in the interior. The handles are solid and move well and are a little stiff in the downward and upward positions. The "optics' label on the front looks modern, but was not removed in case it is not. Nice, heavy duty case with little rust or paint damage. Whether or not it was used with the NASA program, other space travel programs or other aeronautic projects will be left to the researcher and buyer. It's a old, interesting piece of Aerojet General history, that's for sure! Please see all photos for details, condition and feel free to ask any questions, thank you.
