Union Pacific Winged Streamliner Sherbet with Coaster Scammell

Description

This very popular railroad pattern is called Winged Streamliner. It was used by Union Pacific Railroad for many years. This particular piece was made by Scammell China on their Trenton body circa early 1930s.
The sherbet features the image of a winged train on the side in brown with a green circle around it. Very recognizable by railroad collectors as it didn't often have the railroad name on it. Accented with a gold band around the rim. The footed sherbet stands 2 1/2 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter. Near mint condition.
The backstamps vary in color, either black or rust.
Also included is a paper coaster, also with the winged streamliner on it. It measures 3 1/4 inches in diameter and has a coated back for protection from moisture.
