This listing is for a Very Good condition, pre-owned Vintage SYRACUSE CHINA Great Northern Railroad "Mountains & Flowers" Pattern Cup & Saucer Set.
Produced by SYRACUSE CHINA in Syracuse, NY.  Circa October & November 1966 (date code 95-L on cup, 95-K on saucer).
"Mountains & Flowers" Pattern was produced for exclusive use in GN Dining Car service.  Pieces are railroad backstamped.
Pieces feature a smooth, unscalloped rim style.
Pieces exhibit only minor signs of handling, use, or wear, consistent with age and normal dining car service use.  Minor utensil marks noted.
No chips, cracks, crazing, or other known defects beyond those noted below.
May exhibit minor flea bites, transfer, decorating, glazing, or mold blemishes.  Kiln riser marks noted.
Pieces are marked with appropriate SYRACUSE CHINA hallmark, Great Northern backstamp, and date codes 95-K & 95-L on bottoms as shown in photos.
Cup measures 1 7/8" diameter at base x 3 5/8" diameter at rim edge x 2 3/8" high.  Measures 4 3/4" across rim edge and handle.
Saucer measures 2 3/4" diameter at base x 5 1/4" diameter at rim edge x 3/4" high.
