Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This item is in Good cosmetic condition overall, with only minor blemishes from prior use.  There are a few small spots of scuffs/missing paint on the corners of the unit.
Notes:
This sensor is in at-least-partial working condition. When power is applied, the sensor emits a bright red laser beam and gives a reading of all zeroes with nothing reflecting the light.  We don't have the proper reflector so we used a mirror and were able to get a reading of a distance (about a half-meter, at arm's length).  The display is a bit dim but readable. NO other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
