Union Pacific Railroad the Royal Gorge Steam Special and the Scenic Limited AFTER DINNER Demitasse cup and saucer China set. June 21, 22, 23, 1997. A B Products, Denver Co. Chinaconcepts. One cup and one saucer in original packaging. Cup is stamped with Set #145 while saucer and box are stamped with Set #144. New in box but since this was distributed in 1997 it is not technically “New”. Never been used.
Photos are part of the description so please look closely for flaws/defects/missing pieces. I inherited a collection of vintage trains of all sorts, N, HO, Z gauge…mini cars & planes…none of the items have been tested. All of these items sat in storage for decades. Some are new in box, some are missing pieces. I have identified these items to the best of my ability but am not an expert.
Since I inherited this collection, my goal is not to get absolute top dollar…it’s to share these nostalgic pieces with those who can appreciate them more than I do. I do my homework and know their value, but the value of passing along these keepsakes is more important than adding 10-15% to the selling price. I’m easy to work with, I go the extra mile and the person from whom I inherited this collection would want me to find them a train loving home as quickly as possible. (Hint-this person owned a famous nightclub in Atlanta for 40 years and lived on a train car himself!)
