Rockett was the manufacturer of the KTR pedal and they've taken that knowledge a step further with the "Archer". This pedal sounds not so much like the KTR but more the earlier hand-built version.....really remarkable. Smaller enclosure, built in the USA.
The Archer is sort of a 2 in one pedal. It can be used as just a clean boost by turning the gain all the way down. As you introduce gain it will attenuate the clean signal but there is a magical blend in between that you will find. Please experiment!!
The Archer is and boost/overdrive designed to simply cut through the mix with an astonishing mid-range chime, The Archer can be used as an exquisite clean boost or a thick and chewy OD. The magic in the Archer is within the mix of the gain and the clean boost to create a very sought after signature sound and feel. The Archer circuit is an extremely high headroom design operating at 18v.

This Rockett Pedals Archer Used comes with a free
JRR Pedals BBD Analog Flanger Pedal
. The BBD Flange uses a genuine analog Bucket Brigade Delay chip to create its flanging, chorus, rotary, and ring mod effects, the same chip used in vintage analog chorus pedals such as the Ibanez FL9 that it is based on.
The BBD Flange provides a wide array of time modulation effects thanks to its Manual knob, which sets the center delay time. All the way up, it is a rich, jet-like flanger. In the middle, it is a lush chorus. All the way down, it is a modulation delay. Ring mod effects can be accomplished by turning the Rate knob all the way up, modulating your sound with an audio frequency oscillator. The Width knob sets the size of the oscillation, from a slight quiver to a synth-like vibrato. The Regen knob sets the delay feedback to intensify the effect. The Regen knob can also be made to self oscillate when turned all the way up, an effect only found authentically in true analog flanger pedals.
The BBD Flange features true bypass switching. It does NOT run on batteries and must be used with a standard 9V power supply. Any 9V power supply made for pedals will work.
