No air compressor needed. Set your desired pressure, temperature and use the crank to press as hard as you want.
Dual independently controlled heat platens allow you to control the application of temperature and pressure carefully for maximum results.
Application:
Used for pressing oil, making and shaping rosin and printing textiles and other materials. It may also be applied on the food, T-shirts, mouse pads, puzzles, ceramic tiles, and other flat surfaces by the way of flexing, flocking, transfer printing and sublimation, etc.
Features:
1. The heating plate surface with teflon paint and dustproof does not need high temperature cloth. Easy to clean and anti-oxidation, firm structure, excellent quality and durable.
2. The unique way of pre-pressure adjustment, pressure to adjust, convenient and flexible.
3. Digital display electronic timing, processing complete automatic alert tone.
4. Cast aluminum heating plate, electric heat pipe and plate body to pour into an organic whole, even heating, durable.
5. Heating surface coated with high temperature resistant anti-sticking layer, convenient and clean, resistant to oxidation.
6. Use intelligent LCD display constant temperature controller, so temperature control is accurate(plus or minus 10℃).
7. Manual hydraulic pressure on the lower fever.
Temperature and Time Setting:
Blue figure for temperature. White figure for time.
1. Press on the on/off switch located on the side of the heat press to be energed;
2. Press "SET" button once, screen show "SP" on the display. Press "▼" or "▲" button to reach desired temperature;
3. Press once again on "SET", screen show "St" on the display. Press "▼" or "▲" button to reach desired time;
4. Press "SET" once again after finish all settings, and then all setting modes display on the screen;
5. Put objects on the underplate when the machine has reached the desired temperature, close heating plates and wait until heating process is completed(machine will buzz to alarm).
How to Use:
1. Power on the rosin press;
2. Both plates set to 265℉/250℃/480℉;
3. Store the flower in the tea bag and then put it on the heating plate;
4. 10 second press;
5. Remove particulates and collet with tool;
6. Put the extracted oil into your D-nail, smoking now.
Notes:
▧ Too much heat, time or temperature may result in bad influence on outcomes. So remember to try a small sample to get the right temperature, time and pressure before mass production.
▧ Do not allow liquid or metal objects inside the hot press.
▧ Do not touch heating plates when they are energized.
