Northern Pacific Railroad silver plated dining car plate

Description

I  believe this is an under plate, for a small covered soup, or something of that nature.
There were some adhesive strips on the back, there is no residue left, I got the residue off, it did tarnish lines, which some of it came off , but not all, some more effort in polishing may remove them.
