THE EXACT COLOR MEANS VERY LITTLE, WHAT I AM SAYING IS THEY ARE NOT ONE SHADE OF BLUE.
These solar cells are cut from larger cells and on some cells you will have very very small chips on the corners , the chip will not affect output.
Cutting solar cells is a very dusty job I have removed as much dust as I can but you will have to remove the balance. This is best done with a crumbled up tissue wiping the cell from the center to the edge while the cell is on a flat surface.

You will need 1.5 feet of tabbing wire per cell, 5 feet of bus wire per panel, a rosin flux pen is a must have item, although the tabbing is solder coated you will still need solder during the tabbing process. I have some RIDICULOUS CHEAP  junctions boxes  to finish off your panel  real nice. I will always combine shipping to save you what ever I can on shipping. I send refunds after packing.
