Question: How to determine Poe splitter is working?
Answer: If Poe splitter is functioning,green indicator will always on, means network cable is connected to the PoE splitter. Yellow indicator will flash, means data is transmitting.
Question: Why the voltage of the PoE splitter is unstable when I test it?
Answer: If Poe splitter is not connect to terminal device,means there is no load. It will trigger light load protection,and voltage will be unstable. The voltage will stable if gives 10mA, which is 0.01A load.
Question: How do I know if it can work with my Device?
Answer: Model PS5712G USB0502G and TYPEC0502G only support IEEE802.3af standard, which is 15.4W ouput.Model PS5712TG PS5712TG-25 USB0503G and TYPEC0503G support IEEE802.3af/at standard, which is 15.4W/30W. You can choose the right version to power your device.
