Overview
Fiber optic transceiver is a computer network used to convert electrical signals into optical signals of the optical signal converter, which is characterized by an optical fiber can only transmit and receive optical signals simultaneously.
HTB-GS-03 is a 10M/100M/ 1000M adaptive optical transceivers, it is fully compliant with IEEE802.3 10BaseT, IEEE802.3u 1000BaseTX, 1000Base-FX standard. And has passed the Ministry of Information Industry telecommunications equipment Jinwangjiance, all technical indicators all meet the network standards.

Installation
Please follow the steps below to install dual-fiber bi-directional fiber optic transceivers:
1. The fiber optic jumpers or pigtail fiber optic terminal box from the same fiber ends are connected to the peer SC fiber optic transceiver port.
2. The UTP patch cord from the network device to the transceiver RJ45 interface, this transceiver electrical interface can adaptively direct line or cross the line.
3. The power adapter is connected to the DC plug fiber optic transceiver DC socket, AC power adapter and then plug into an AC outlet, power, then fiber optic transceiver POWER lights, other lights flash in sequence to press the self-test bright, self-test after the completion of fiber optic transceivers based on the detected electrical network devices with docking port status to determine the transceiver electrical interface working condition. If you can not detect a docking device (such as docking device is not on, etc.), state transceiver electrical interface is adaptive, that is uncertain, so the TX LINK and TX 1000 lights are off. The fiber optic port since it has been set to 1000 full-duplex mode, so FX 1000 and FX FDX LED will light up.
LED indicator
Dual-fiber bidirectional transceivers have six LED indicators that show the working status of the transceiver, based on LED shown, can determine the transceiver is working properly and there may be a problem, which can help locate the fault. Their role are as follows:
1.
PWR: light indicates DC5V power adapter is working properly;
2.
FX 1000: light indicates fiber transmission rate is 1000Mbps;
3.
FX Link / Act: Steady light indicates fiber link is connected properly; lights flashing, said optical fiber data transmission;
4.
Fdx: light indicates data in full-duplex mode fiber transmission;
5.
TX 100: light indicates twisted pair transmission rate is 1000Mbps;
6.
Lamp is not lit, said twisted pair transmission rate is 10Mbps;
7.
TX Link / Act: Steady light indicates UTP link is properly connected; lamp flashes for the twisted pair data transmission.
