Coast Sunset Overdrive (3CSOD for short)is a simple but versatile overdrive with multiple practical uses. The 3CSOD is a great first stage overdrivethat allows for light signal boosting all the way to saturated distortion witha bit of fuzz on top.   It sounds a lot likean overdriven tube amp but much quieter when the pedal is on.
I named this pedal the 3

Coast Sunset Overdrive because it reminds me of the Texas guitar tones I would hear at the localclubs. These tones were thick, clean and dirty all at the same time with great harmonics. This overdrive reminds me of those dynamic tones. The graphic on the pedal is a depiction of the massive sunsets I would see over the Gulf of Mexico.

CSOD
is a hard charging distortion pedal that gives low-down, dirty crunch as well as soaring leads. This overdrive touch sensitive and dynamic. With both the volume on your guitar and the gain control on the pedal set to 10, you will achieve maximum distortion. Roll off the volume on your guitar and let the effect clean up to a sweet tone with harmonic overtones. This overdrive works as a great first stage in an overdrive chain or as a stand-alone distortion. It can rock but is also great at doing some country picking with it’s tight response. The harder you play, the dirtier it gets.
