EXCELLENT NEAR-MINT PRE-OWNED CONDITION.  Superb border decoration.  No chips, cracks or hairlines.  Minimal use marks.
Acquired from the Dallas estate of a major B&O collector about twenty-five years ago.  This is the last, and likely best, piece of Capitol from that collection that I have to sell.
