VINTAGE NASA APOLLO 10 – Lunar Orbit Chart (ALO) - Lithograph NASA 1st Edition
Based on Apollo 10 targeted Launch Date, 24 May 1969 ( Actual Launch Date 18 May 1969 ) The Lithograph Edition 1, 10 April 1968 - was prepared by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center  (ACIC  4-69), USAF, for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Chart measures 40 in by 12 in.

Chart shows lunar ground track for lunar orbits (trajectory) for the Command Service Module for revolutions 1, and 26.
In very good condition with wear due to use and age, chart has been stored rolled for 50 years, has yellowing, slight waves from being rolled. This is a great opportunity to own an incredible piece of history.
Background of Apollo 10 :
Apollo 10 (May 18–26, 1969) was a human spaceflight, the fourth crewed mission in the United States Apollo program, and the second (after Apollo 8) to orbit the Moon. It was the F mission: a "dress rehearsal" for the first Moon landing, testing all the components and procedures just short of actually landing. While astronaut John Young remained in the Command Module orbiting the Moon, astronauts Thomas Stafford and Gene Cernan flew the Apollo Lunar Module (LM) to a descent orbit within 8.4 nautical miles (15.6 km) of the lunar surface, the point where powered descent for landing would begin. After orbiting the Moon 31 times, Apollo 10 returned safely to Earth, and its success enabled the first actual landing (Apollo 11) two months later.
**** All my vintage space exploration charts/studies/manuals/internal memos/etc are 100% authentic 1960's - straight from my family collection from J.T. Raleigh NASA/ Headquarters engineer. All items have been boxed for many years. JTR worked with NASA Headquarters and Contractor teams at Bellcom, Washington DC; Mission Control, Houston Texas; George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), Huntsville AL; Goddard, Greenbelt MD; RCA, Cape Kennedy. He worked on the communications of ALL the Apollo Missions, including on the design of the Lunar Excursion Module (LEM) Communications Panel. Other notable Communications equipment that J.T. Raleigh was involved with are the Lunar Communications Relay Unit (LCRU), VHF Ranging Equipment, and the Unified S-band (USB) system which is the tracking and communication system developed for the Apollo program by NASA and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
It is hard to list who and where he met people, Werner Von Brown, Gene Kranz, Roger Chaffee, Buzz Aldrin, Chris Craft, etc. As I work through the documents that are from his involvement, many have meeting attendee lists and distribution lists that show astronaut and headquarter (ground crew) personnel. Growing up I did not understand the scope of all trips, projects, meetings, launches, & people that we experienced as a family. Mom and myself met many individuals involved with the Apollo missions, and even were present for the launches of Apollo 8, 10, 11, and 15.
