Condition: This 16" doll is in excellent condition. The doll has molded brown hair (with some color fading), blue glass eyes, and an open/closed mouth with two painted teeth. The socket head, arms, and legs are loosely strung with metal hooks and elastic. The fingers and toes are well formed. The skin color has rubbed spots on the nose, chin, neck, and shoulders. Incised mark on neck and back: "turtle mark"/ T44 .

This is a beautiful celluloid doll with very nice modeling of the face, hands, and feet. The outfit includes a vintage romper with back snaps, shirt, antique oil cloth shoes, and a crochet hat.
