DESCRIPTION: Up for auction tonight we have 8 nice dinner plates in the Galatea pattern. These were made by the Syracuse china co for the cmstp&p railroad Olympian and the Yellowstone Galatin Gateway Hotel, which was built and owned by the railroad. You folks can make the call. Dinner plate measures in at approx. 9 3/4" diameter x 7/8" tall. These pieces appear to be in very good original condition. They do have utensil marks. They are pre-owned. They have no chips, no cracks, and no crazing that I could find. They were in a display cabinet when I acquired them. The majority of items I sell are used. They come to me from estates, auctions, tag sales, etc. Nothing is new & perfect, and if it is, I still won't say it. Please see pics for condition. Thank you.
