1 zero adjustment
First, the system is in a state of no-load, when the input signal is the current, adjust the mark "RV3" potentiometer to adjust the deviation of the zero point. When the input signal is voltage, adjust the mark "RV1" potentiometer to adjust the deviation of the zero point.
To adjust the display value (current or voltage) to zero.
2 gain adjustment
The system is loaded with a certain weight (recommended range: 80%~100%FS), according to the ratio of the weight of the load and the maximum value of the calculated value of the relationship, the adjustment is marked as "RV2" or "RV4" potentiometer,adjust amplifier gain,Adjust the amplifier gain, and adjust the display value to the load ratio.
3 Review
The system is in a state of no-load, zero output measurement; to load a certain weight value, measuring the output voltage is in line with the expected magnification. If different, please repeat steps 1, 2 once again.
Note: after the adjustment is completed, the adjustment end of the potentiometer is required to be fixed with sealant,
Prevent vibration and other factors to change the resistance value of the potentiometer.
